We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Noblesville, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Diagnosing and repairing diesel engine problems, including issues with fuel systems, electrical systems, and cooling systems
• Replacing or repairing faulty parts, such as pistons, bearings, and gaskets
• Performing engine overhauls and rebuilds as needed
• Using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Ensuring that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a diesel mechanic, with a strong understanding of diesel engines and related components
• Experience diagnosing & repairing heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, scrapers, haul trucks, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
